Before joining Cerato, he had been Managing Director (CEO/COO) for HETA Asset Resolution Bulgaria OOD, driving workout and NPL portfolio sale for of this asset management firm. Joining regularly European distressed asset conferences, Mr Grote has a wide network to decision makes predominantly in D/A/CH and SEE region. Before HETA, he gained deep experience in the areas of operative restructuring predominantly of banking and credit management entities as a management consultant.
